Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Dipped Goodies! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for ordering and purchasing cake pops from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Minimum Order and Payment:
- The minimum order quantity is one dozen (12) cake pops.
- Full payment is required one week before your scheduled pickup date.
- We will send you a secure payment link via text message or email to facilitate payment.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order within three (3) days of your scheduled pickup date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to pickup will not be refunded.
Refunds:
- All purchases are nonrefundable after the date of the order.
Custom Orders:
- We are happy to create custom cake pops! Please be aware that custom orders may require additional fees depending on the complexity of the design. We will discuss any additional fees with you before confirming your order.
Allergies:
- Our cake pops may contain dairy products due to the use of unsalted butter.
- Our cake pops contain gluten.
- We do not use nuts or soy in our cake pops.
- We will notify you of any potential allergens in your order.
Shelf Life:
- Cake pops can be stored at room temperature for up to 4 days.
- They can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
- Cake pops can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Pickup:
- Pickup location and time will be confirmed with you when you place your order.
